Installation
BRAKE: REAR BRAKE FLEXIBLE HOSE: INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL REAR BRAKE FLEXIBLE HOSE
(a) Connect the rear brake flexible hose with the union bolt and a new gasket.
Torque : 30 Nm (306 kgf-cm, 22 ft-lbf)
NOTICE:
Install the flexible hose lock securely in the lock hole in the disc brake cylinder assembly rear
(b) Connect the brake tube to rear brake flexible hose with a SST while holding rear brake flexible hose with a wrench.
SST : 09023-00101
Torque : 15 Nm (155 kgf-cm, 11 ft-lbf)
NOTICE:
* Do not bend or damage the brake tube.
* Do not allow any foreign matter such as dirt and dust to enter the brake tube from the connecting points.
(c) Install the flexible hose with a new clip.
NOTICE:
* When installing the rear brake flexible hose, face the identification mark to the outside of the vehicle and minimize twisting of the hose.
* Install the clip as it will go.
2. DISABLE BRAKE CONTROL (for 1UR-FSE) Service and Repair
3. ADD RESERVOIR WITH BRAKE FLUID (for 2GR-FSE) Service and Repair
4. ADD RESERVOIR WITH BRAKE FLUID (for 1UR-FSE) Service and Repair
5. BLEED BRAKE LINE (for 2GR-FSE) Service and Repair
6. BLEED REAR BRAKE SYSTEM (for 1UR-FSE) Service and Repair
7. INSPECT FLUID LEVEL IN RESERVOIR (for 2GR-FSE) Service and Repair
8. CHECK BRAKE FLUID LEVEL (for 1UR-FSE) Service and Repair
9. CHECK AND CLEAR DTC (for 2GR-FSE)

10. CHECK AND CLEAR DTC (for 1UR-FSE)
Electronically Controlled Brake System
11. INSPECT FOR BRAKE FLUID LEAK
12. INSTALL REAR WHEEL
Torque : 103 Nm (1,050 kgf-cm, 76 ft-lbf)
