REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.

2. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE UPPER PANEL GARNISH Removal
3. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal
4. REMOVE CIGARETTE LIGHTER ASSEMBLY





(a) Turn the socket cap counterclockwise to remove it.
(b) Turn the ring nut counterclockwise to remove it. Remove the cigarette lighter from the hole bezel.
