SEAT: SEAT HEATER SYSTEM: ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION





1. INSPECT SEAT HEATER CONTROL SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Disconnect the 3 (S24, B and C) connectors.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage of the wire harness side connector.
Standard resistance:






Standard voltage:






(c) Reconnect the 3 connectors.
(d) Measure the voltage of the connectors.
Standard voltage:





If the result is not as specified, replace the seat heater control.





2. INSPECT SEAT HEATER CONTROL SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Disconnect the 3 (S25, B and C) connectors.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage of the wire harness side connector.
Standard resistance:






Standard voltage:






(c) Reconnect the 3 connectors.
(d) Measure the voltage of the connectors.
Standard voltage:





If the result is not as specified, replace the seat heater control.
