CONVERTIBLE: BACK WINDOW FRAME: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. CLEAN BACK WINDOW GLASS Removal
2. INSTALL BACK WINDOW GLASS ADHESIVE DAM Installation
3. INSTALL BACK WINDOW GLASS Installation





4. INSTALL ROOF SIDE RAIL WEATHERSTRIP RETAINER RH
(a) Install the weatherstrip retainer with the 4 screws.
5. INSTALL ROOF SIDE RAIL WEATHERSTRIP RETAINER LH
HINT: Use the procedures described for the RH side.





6. INSTALL REAR REMOVABLE ROOF WEATHERSTRIP
(a) Install the removable roof weatherstrip rear with the clips.
(b) Install the 4 screws, 2 nuts and 4 clips.
7. INSTALL BACK WINDOW FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY UPPER
(a) Install the back window frame.





(b) Using a T40 "TORX" socket, install the 8 screws.
Torque: 40 Nm (408 kgf-cm, 30 ft-lbf)





8. INSTALL REAR ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY
(a) Attach the 7 clips to install the roof headlining.





9. INSTALL ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER RH
(a) Attach the 7 clips to install the side garnish inner RH.
(b) Install the clip labeled A.
10. INSTALL ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER LH
HINT: Use the same procedures described for the RH side.

11. INSPECT FOR LEAKS AND REPAIR Installation
