Driver Side J/B ECU Power Source Circuit
DESCRIPTION
This circuit provides power to operate the driver side junction block ECU.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
PROCEDURE
1. INSPECT FUSE (AM1, MPX-IG, MPX-B3, D/C CUT)
(a) Remove the AM1 and MPX-IG fuses from the driver side junction block.
(b) Remove the MPX-B3 fuse from the passenger side junction block.
(c) Remove the D/C CUT fuse from the engine room No. 1 relay block.
(d) Measure the resistance of the fuses.
Standard resistance:
Below 1 Ohms
NG -- REPLACE FUSE
OK -- Continue to next step.
2. INSPECT IG1 RELAY
(a) Remove the IG1 relay from the driver side junction block.
(b) Measure the resistance of the relay.
Standard resistance:
NG -- REPLACE IG1 RELAY
OK -- Continue to next step.
3. CHECK WIRE HARNESS (DRIVER SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK ECU - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)
(a) Disconnect the 2A, 2C and 2G junction block connectors.
(b) Disconnect the D4 ECU connector.
(c) Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connectors.
Standard voltage:
Standard resistance:
NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR
OK -- REPLACE DRIVER SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK
