Removal








SUSPENSION CONTROL: HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR (for Rear LH): REMOVAL

REMOVAL
CAUTION:
Be sure to read the "PRECAUTION" thoroughly before servicing Suspension Control System.
HINT:
- Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
- The procedures listed below are for the LH side.

1. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH Removal
2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.
NOTE:
After the engine switch is turned off, the HDD navigation system requires approximately 6 minutes to record various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the engine switch off, wait 6 minutes or more before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

3. REMOVE HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY REAR LH
(a) Disconnect the connector.





(b) Place matchmarks on the height control sensor link and bracket.
(c) Remove the nut and disconnect the height control sensor link from the bracket.





(d) Remove the 2 bolts and height control sensor from the rear suspension member.
NOTE:
Do not drop the height control sensor. If it is dropped, replace it with a new one.

4. REMOVE LOAD SENSING VALVE SENSOR BRACKET
(a) Remove the bolt and bracket from the lower arm.
