WIPER AND WASHER: HEADLIGHT CLEANER ACTUATOR: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE





(a) Attach the 4 clamps and install the hose to the front bumper reinforcement.
(b) Connect the hose to the headlight cleaner motor and pump.
2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY





(a) Install the actuator to the headlight with the 2 screws.





(b) Install a new headlight cleaner actuator cover to the headlight washer actuator.

4. INSTALL RH HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY Removal
5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER Installation
6. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RH Installation
7. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH Installation
8. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD RH Installation
9. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD LH Installation
10. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE ASSEMBLY Installation
11. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Installation
12. INSTALL AIR CLEANER INLET COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
13. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH Installation
14. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Installation
15. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
16. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH Installation
17. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
(a) Perform initialization Repair Instruction - Initialization.
NOTE:
Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

18. ADJUST HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY
(a) Adjust the headlight assembly Adjustments.
