INTRODUCTION:
Some customers may experience a rattle or knock noise from the rear suspension. This concern is most common for customers who frequently drive on rough roads. Follow the repair procedure in this bulletin to address customer concerns.

This TSB applies to vehicles produced BEFORE the Production Change Effective VINs shown.

REQUIRED TOOLS & EQUIPMENT:

REPAIR PROCEDURE:
1. Conduct a road test to verify the noise.

NOTE
The rear package tray trim panel assembly may need to be removed to isolate the noise.

2. Replace the rear strut supports.

3. Inspect alignment and adjust as necessary.
4. Road test the vehicle to confirm the rattle/knock noise is no longer present.
