HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING
HINT:
- Use these procedures to troubleshoot the electric power control system.

1. VEHICLE BROUGHT TO WORKSHOP
NEXT -- Continue to next step.

2. INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE
Standard voltage:
11 to 14 V
If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the battery before proceeding.

3. INSPECT COMMUNICATION FUNCTION OF CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM*
(a) Using the Techstream, check if the CAN communication system is functioning normally.

4. CHECK DATA LIST / ACTIVE TEST*
(a) Check the Data List's load control history (number of items) and the final load control history*. Then write down the information.
HINT: Refer to the following description for information about "final load control history".

5. CHECK FOR DTC*
(a) Check for DTCs and write them down.
(b) Delete the DTC.
(c) Check for DTC again.
