1UR-FSE ENGINE MECHANICAL: REAR ENGINE MOUNTING: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL NO. 4 ENGINE REAR MOUNTING INSULATOR (for AWD)





(a) Install the mounting insulator with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 30 Nm (306 kgf-cm, 22 ft-lbf)
2. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE REAR MOUNTING INSULATOR





(a) for 2WD:
Install the mounting insulator with the 4 bolts.
Torque: 30 Nm (306 kgf-cm, 22 ft-lbf)





(b) for AWD:
Install the mounting insulator with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 30 Nm (306 kgf-cm, 22 ft-lbf)
3. INSTALL NO. 2 ENGINE REAR MOUNTING INSULATOR (for AWD)





(a) Install the mounting insulator with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 30 Nm (306 kgf-cm, 22 ft-lbf)
4. INSTALL ENGINE REAR MOUNTING MEMBER
(a) for 2WD:




(1) Install the engine rear mounting member to the automatic transmission assembly with the 4 nuts.
Torque: 14 Nm (138 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf)




(2) Install the engine rear mounting member to the body with the 4 bolts.
Torque: 26 Nm (260 kgf-cm, 19 ft-lbf)
(b) for AWD:




(1) Install the mounting member and No. 3 mounting insulator with the 5 bolts.
Torque: 38 Nm (387 kgf-cm, 28 ft-lbf)
(2) Install the 4 mounting member's bolts.
Torque: 26 Nm (260 kgf-cm, 19 ft-lbf)
