MIRROR: OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION
HINT:
- Use the same procedures for the LH side and RH side.
- The procedures listed below are for the LH side.
- A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Standard Bolt - Specified Torque For Standard Bolts.





1. INSTALL OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the mirror with the 3 nuts.
Torque: 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)
(b) Attach the 3 clamps.
(c) Connect the connector.
2. INSTALL FRONT NO. 2 DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER [1][2]Installation
3. INSTALL DOOR FRAME GARNISH [1][2]Installation
4. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM COVER [1][2]Installation
5. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY [1][2]Installation
6. INSTALL FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG [1][2]Installation
7. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
8. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
(a) Perform initialization Repair Instruction - Initialization.
NOTE:
Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
