INTERIOR: REAR CONSOLE BOX (for Ottoman): DISASSEMBLY

DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX





(a) Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 clips and remove the rear seat console box rear panel.
HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.





(b) Disconnect the 2 connectors and remove the 2 wire harness clamps.
(c) W/ Disc Player:
Disconnect the 2 connectors.





(d) Remove the 4 bolts and console box.





(e) W/ Disc Player:
Remove the 4 bolts and 2 brackets.
2. REMOVE TELEVISION SWITCH AND VOLUME ASSEMBLY
3. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE ARMREST BASE





(a) Remove the cover and 2 seals.
(b) Remove the 8 screws and inner tray.





(c) Using a screwdriver, detach the 10 claws and remove the console armrest base.
NOTE:
Detach the claws of the console armrest base from the backside.

(d) Disconnect the 3 connectors.





(e) W/ Cigarette Lighter:
Disconnect the 4 connectors.
4. REMOVE SEAT VIBRATOR SWITCH





(a) Remove the clamp and seat vibrator switch.
5. REMOVE POWER OUTLET SOCKET Removal
6. REMOVE POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER Removal
7. REMOVE CIGARETTE LIGHTER COVER (W/ Cigarette Lighter) Removal
8. REMOVE CIGARETTE LIGHTER ASSEMBLY (W/ Cigarette Lighter) Removal
9. REMOVE CIGARETTE LIGHTER BEZEL STAY (W/ Cigarette Lighter) Removal





10. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX WIRE
(a) Detach the 3 clamps and remove the rear console wire.
