EXTERIOR: FRONT BUMPER: REASSEMBLY

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER PAD LH (for AWD)
(a) Clean the front bumper surface.
(1) Using a heat light, heat the front bumper surface.
Standard:





NOTE:
Do not heat the front bumper excessively.
(2) Remove the double-sided tape from the front bumper.
(3) Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.
(b) Install a new bumper pad.
(1) Remove the peeling paper from the face of the bumper pad.
HINT: After removing the peeling paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.
(2) Install the bumper pad to the front bumper.
2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER PAD RH (for AWD)
HINT: Use the procedure described for the LH side.

3. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (W/ Intuitive Parking Assist System)
(a) Install the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor Installation.
4. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (W/ Intuitive Parking Assist System)
(a) Install the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor retainer Installation.
5. INSTALL NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (W/ Intuitive Parking Assist System)
(a) Install the No. 2 ultrasonic sensor Installation.
6. INSTALL NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (W/ Intuitive Parking Assist System)
(a) Install the No. 2 ultrasonic sensor retainer Installation.
7. INSTALL NO. 4 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (W/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) Installation
8. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH Installation
9. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH
HINT: Use the procedure described for the LH side.





10. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET
(a) Install the mounting bracket with the 2 screws.





11. INSTALL LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE LH
(a) Attach the 16 claws to install the lower radiator grille.
12. INSTALL LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE RH
HINT: Use the procedure described for the LH side.





13. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER LOWER COVER
(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the bumper lower cover.
HINT: Attach the claw on the outer side first.
