EXTERIOR: FRONT BUMPER: DISASSEMBLY

DISASSEMBLY





1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER LOWER COVER
(a) Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the bumper lower cover.
HINT:
- Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
- Detach the claw on the inner side first.





2. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE LH
(a) Detach the 16 claws and remove the lower radiator grille.
3. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE RH
HINT: Use the procedure described for the LH side.





4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET
(a) Remove the 2 screws and mounting bracket.
5. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH Removal
6. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH
HINT: Use the procedure described for the LH side.

7. REMOVE NO. 4 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (W/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) Removal
8. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (W/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) Removal
9. REMOVE NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (W/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) Removal
10. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (W/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) Removal
11. REMOVE NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (W/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) Removal
12. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER PAD LH (for AWD)
(a) Remove the bumper pad from the front bumper.
13. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER PAD RH (for AWD)
