AUDIO / VISUAL: TELEVISION DISPLAY (for Long Body): REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH Removal
2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.
NOTE:
After the engine switch is turned off, the HDD navigation system requires approximately 6 minutes to record various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the engine switch off, wait 6 minutes or more before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.





3. REMOVE SPOT LIGHT LENS
(a) Detach the 4 claws and remove the lens.
4. REMOVE ROOF CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY





(a) Remove the 2 screws.
(b) Detach the 6 clips and 2 claws.
(c) W/O Infrared Rays Sensor:
Disconnect the connector and remove the roof console box.
(d) W/ Infrared Rays Sensor:
Disconnect the 2 connectors and remove the roof console box.
5. REMOVE TELEVISION DISPLAY ASSEMBLY
(a) Disconnect the connectors.





(b) Remove the 5 nuts.
(c) Detach the 3 claws and remove the television display.









6. REMOVE TELEVISION DISPLAY BRACKET
(a) Remove the 4 bolts.
(b) Detach the clip and move the bracket in the direction indicated by arrow A. Then detach the claw to remove the bracket.
NOTE:
Do not reuse the removed clip.
