Display Signal Circuit between Parking Assist ECU and Television Camera

DESCRIPTION

This is the display signal circuit between the parking assist ECU and the television camera.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
NOTE:
When replacing the parking assist ECU, perform initialization of the television camera and calibration of the steering angle sensor and height control sensor.

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (PARKING ASSIST ECU - TELEVISION CAMERA)




(a) Disconnect the L91 ECU connector.
(b) Disconnect the S35 camera connector.
(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance:






NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- Continue to next step.

2. CHECK PARKING ASSIST ECU




(a) Disconnect the S35 camera connector.
(b) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard voltage:






NG -- REPLACE PARKING ASSIST ECU
OK -- Continue to next step.

3. CHECK TELEVISION CAMERA




(a) Reconnect the S35 camera connector.




(b) Using an oscilloscope, check waveform.






NG -- REPLACE TELEVISION CAMERA
OK -- REPLACE PARKING ASSIST ECU
