THEFT DETERRENT: THEFT DETERRENT SYSTEM: TERMINALS OF ECU

TERMINALS OF ECU

1. CHECK CERTIFICATION ECU





(a) Disconnect the L15 and L16 ECU connectors.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





- If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

(c) Reconnect the L15 and L16 ECU connectors.
(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





- If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.

2. CHECK MAIN BODY ECU (DRIVER SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK)





(a) Disconnect the DA and DF ECU connectors.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.





- If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

3. CHECK FRONT DOOR ECU LH





(a) Disconnect the N10 ECU connector.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





- If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

(c) Reconnect the N10 ECU connector.
(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





- If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.

4. CHECK FRONT DOOR ECU RH





(a) Disconnect the N1 ECU connector.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





- If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

(c) Reconnect the N1 ECU connector.
(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





- If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.

5. CHECK FRONT LIGHT ECU (FRONT CONTROLLER)





(a) Disconnect the A50, A51, A52 and B14 ECU connectors.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





- If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

(c) Reconnect the A50, A51, A52 and B14 ECU connectors.
(d) Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.





- If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.
