DTC C1662/5C-79 - Ambient Temperature High

DESCRIPTION

When the parking assist ECU's self-diagnosis determines that the ambient temperature has increased to a level that may cause damage to ECU functions, this DTC is output.






INSPECTION PROCEDURE
NOTICE:
- When replacing the parking assist ECU, perform initialization of the television camera and calibration of the steering angle sensor and height control sensor.
- Maintain the cabin temperature at ambient temperature, and wait until the parking assist ECU temperature is at the ambient temperature. Then perform the inspection procedure.

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK DTC OUTPUT
(a) Clear the DTCs Advanced Parking Guidance System.
(b) Check for DTCs Advanced Parking Guidance System.

A -- REPLACE PARKING ASSIST ECU
