Removal








SUSPENSION CONTROL: REAR ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU: REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.

2. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER SIDE LH
3. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER SIDE RH
4. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT Removal
5. REMOVE TOOL BOX BOARD
6. REMOVE TOOL BOX Removal
7. REMOVE ACTIVE STABILIZER CONVERTER COVER
8. REMOVE REAR ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU





(a) Disconnect the clamp from the rear active stabilizer control ECU.





(b) Using the procedures below, disconnect the 2 ECU connectors.
(1) Release the lever's lock. (*1)
(2) Press the claw and move the lever in the direction of the arrow in the illustration. (*2)
(3) Disconnect the ECU connector. (*3)
NOTE:
When disconnecting the ECU connector, do not apply excessive force to the wire harness.

(c) Remove the 3 nuts and ECU.
