Removal








STEERING COLUMN: STEERING CONTROL ECU: REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Customize Parameters.

2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY NO.2 Removal
3. REMOVE STEERING CONTROL ECU





(a) Disconnect the 3 connectors form the steering control ECU.





(b) Remove the 3 screws and the steering control ECU.
