OFF malfunction
- When one of following conditions is met: OFF malfunction (A), (B), (C), (D) or (E)

OFF malfunction (A)

When either condition below is met: Condition (1) or (2)

- When one of following conditions is met: ON malfunction (A), (B), (C), (D), (E) or (F)
2 detections are necessary per driving cycle:
1st detection: temporary flag ON
2nd detection: pending fault code ON
