SUSPENSION: REAR UPPER NO. 2 CONTROL ARM: REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE REAR WHEEL
2. REMOVE DIFFERENTIAL NO.2 SUPPORT PROTECTOR Removal
3. SEPARATE REAR SHOCK ABSORBER WITH COIL SPRING Removal
4. REMOVE REAR UPPER NO.2 CONTROL ARM





(a) Remove the nut on the axle carrier side.
(b) Using SST, separate the rear upper No.2 control arm
NOTICE:
- Securely tie string of the SST to the vehicle.
- Do not damage the dust cover.
- Securely set the SST on the spacer of the axle carrier.
- If the spacer of the axle carrier comes off, replace the axle carrier with a new one.





(c) Remove the bolt, nut, washer, and rear upper No.2 control arm.
HINT: Push the axle carrier downward.
