2GR-FSE EMISSION CONTROL: PURGE VALVE: REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.

2. REMOVE V-BANK COVER Removal
3. REMOVE PURGE VSV





(a) Disconnect the connector.
(b) Disconnect the 2 hoses.
(c) Remove the bolt and purge VSV from the intake air surge tank.
