AUDIO / VISUAL: REAR CENTER SPEAKER:

REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL (w/ Rear Seat Side Airbag)
CAUTION:
Wait for 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable to prevent airbag deployment Service Precautions.

2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY Removal
3. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
4. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
5. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY Removal
6. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH Removal
7. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH Removal
8. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH (w/o Rear Seat Side Airbag) Removal
9. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Rear Seat Side Airbag) Removal
10. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH (w/o Rear Seat Side Airbag) Removal
11. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Rear Seat Side Airbag) Removal
12. REMOVE ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH ASSEMBLY LH Removal
13. REMOVE ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH ASSEMBLY RH Removal
14. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER Removal
15. DISCONNECT REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY LH Removal
16. DISCONNECT REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY RH Removal
17. DISCONNECT REAR SEAT INNER WITH CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH Removal
18. REMOVE CENTER STOP LIGHT SET Removal
19. REMOVE PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY (w/o Rear Sunshade) Removal
20. REMOVE PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Sunshade) Removal
21. REMOVE NO. 2 PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Sunshade) Removal
22. REMOVE STEREO COMPONENT SPEAKER ASSEMBLY





(a) Remove the 5 clips and turn back the carpet toward the front of the vehicle.





(b) Disconnect the connector.
(c) Remove the 4 bolts and stereo component speaker assembly.
NOTE:
Do not touch the cone part of the speaker.

23. REMOVE REAR HEADER SPEAKER ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Header Speaker)





(a) Disconnect the connector.
(b) Remove the 2 bolts and the rear header speaker assembly.
NOTE:
Do not touch the cone part of the speaker.
