Installation








SUSPENSION: TOE CONTROL LINK:

INSTALLATION
HINT:
- Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
- The procedures listed below are for the LH side.
- A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Standard Bolt - Specified Torque For Standard Bolts.





1. TEMPORARILY INSTALL TOE CONTROL LINK SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Align the matchmarks on the adjusting cam and suspension member.
(b) Temporarily install the nut, camber adjusting cam No. 2, camber adjusting cam No. 1 and toe control link.
HINT: After stabilizing the suspension, tighten the nuts.

(c) Connect the toe control link to the axle carrier with the nut.
Torque: 59 Nm (600 kgf-cm, 44 ft-lbf)
(d) Connect the rear speed sensor wire to the toe control link with the bolt.
Torque: 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)
2. INSTALL REAR WHEEL
(a) Install the wheel with the 5 nuts.
Torque: 103 Nm (1,050 kgf-cm, 76 ft-lbf)
3. STABILIZE SUSPENSION Installation

4. TIGHTEN TOE CONTROL LINK SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Tighten the nut.
Torque: 49 Nm (500 kgf-cm, 36 ft-lbf)
5. INSTALL WHEEL HUB ORNAMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the ornament with the 10 bolts.
Torque: 20 Nm (204 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)
6. INSPECT REAR WHEEL ALIGNMENT
(a) Inspect the rear wheel alignment Rear Wheel Alignment.
