PROCEDURE

1. CHECK ILLUMINATION
(a) Turn on and off the following: headlight switch, light control rheostat switch and automatic light control system.
(b) Check that the combination meter, radio receiver and other related parts illuminate properly.
OK:
Combination meter, radio receiver and other related parts illuminate properly.
NG -- GO TO COMBINATION METER SYSTEM
OK -- REPLACE STEERING PAD SWITCH MODULATOR
