SEAT: REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Ottoman): REASSEMBLY

REASSEMBLY
CAUTION: Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the seatback spring, seat adjuster and seat cushion spring may injure your hands.
HINT: A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Standard Bolt - Specified Torque For Standard Bolts.

1. INSTALL AIR FILTER RH (w/ Climate Control Seat System)
(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the filter.

2. INSTALL SEAT CUSHION CLIMATE BLOWER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Climate Control Seat System)
(a) Install the climate control blower with the 3 nuts.
3. INSTALL SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL CONTROLLER RH (w/ Climate Control Seat System)
(a) Attach the 2 claws and install the climate control controller.

(b) Install the 2 screws and connect the 2 connectors.

4. INSTALL REAR SEAT BELT INNER ANCHOR BRACKET ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Install the anchor bracket with the nut.
Torque: 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)
5. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH Installation

6. INSTALL REAR SEAT WIRE RH

7. INSTALL SEAT VIBRATOR ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the vibrator with the 4 nuts.
(b) Connect the connector.
8. INSTALL SEATBACK CLIMATE BLOWER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Climate Control Seat System)

(a) Attach the 3 hooks and install the climate blower.

(b) Install the 3 nuts and connect the 2 connectors.
9. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK MAT RH

(a) Install the seatback mat with the 6 clamps.
(b) Install the 4 hose clamps.
10. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Attach the 8 hooks and install the seatback cover to the seatback spring.

(b) w/ Climate Control Seat System:
(1) Fix the wire harness in place with the clip.
(2) Connect the connector.

(c) Install the 2 seatback brackets with the nut.
Torque: 5.6 Nm (57 kgf-cm, 50 in-lbf)
(d) Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover (with pad) to the seatback spring with 6 new hog rings.
(e) Attach the hook.

(f) Install the rubber band of the seatback cover to the seatback spring.
(g) Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover (with pad) to the seatback spring with new hog rings and attach the hooks.
NOTE: When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

(h) Attach the 3 hooks of the seatback cover to the seatback spring.

12. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT COVER BEZEL (w/ Climate Control Seat System)
(a) Install the cover bezel with the clip.

13. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST ADJUSTER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Install the headrest adjuster.
(b) Attach the 2 claws and install the 2 bolts.
(c) Connect the connector.
(d) Install the wire harness clamp.

14. INSTALL SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL ECU RH (w/ Climate Control Seat System)
(a) Install the climate control ECU with the 2 bolts.
(b) Connect the 2 connectors.

15. INSTALL POSITION CONTROL ECU RH
(a) Install the position control ECU with the 2 bolts.
(b) Connect the 2 connectors.

16. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT RH
(a) Attach the 4 claws and install the 2 headrest supports.

17. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Install the headrest with the 2 pins.

18. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Install the shoulder belt guide with the 3 screws.
19. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Attach the 10 claws and fasten the fastener. Then install the ottoman part of the seat cushion.
(b) Install the 2 fastening tapes.
(c) Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion cover to the seat cushion pad with new hog rings.
NOTICE:
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

20. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion spring to the seat pad (with cover) with new hog rings.
NOTICE:
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

(b) Attach the hooks and install the clip.

21. INSTALL AIR FILTER LH (w/ Climate Control Seat System)
(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the filter.

22. INSTALL SEAT CUSHION CLIMATE BLOWER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Climate Control Seat System)
(a) Install the climate blower with the 3 nuts.
23. INSTALL SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL CONTROLLER LH (w/ Climate Control Seat System)

(a) Attach the claws and install the climate controller.
(b) Install the 2 screws.
(c) Connect the 2 connectors.

(d) Install the wire harness clamps.

24. INSTALL REAR SEAT BELT INNER ANCHOR BRACKET ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Install the anchor bracket with the nut.
Torque: 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)
25. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH Installation

26. INSTALL REAR SEAT WIRE LH
27. INSTALL SEATBACK CLIMATE BLOWER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Climate Control Seat System)

(a) Attach the 3 hooks and install the climate blower.

(b) Install the 3 nuts and connect the 2 connectors.
28. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover to the seatback pad with new hog rings.
NOTICE:
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

29. INSTALL SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD LH
(a) Using hog ring pliers, install new hog rings and attach the hooks.
NOTE: When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

(b) w/ Climate Control Seat System:
(1) Fix the wire harness in place with the clip.
(2) Connect the connector.

(d) Attach the 3 hooks of the seatback cover to the seatback spring.

30. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT COVER BEZEL (w/ Climate Control Seat System)
(a) Install the cover bezel with the clip.

31. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST ADJUSTER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Install the headrest adjuster.
(b) Attach the 2 claws and install the 2 bolts.
(c) Connect the connector.
(d) Install the wire harness clamp.

32. INSTALL SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL ECU LH (w/ Climate Control Seat System)
(a) Install the seat climate ECU with the 2 bolts.
(b) Connect the 2 connectors.

33. INSTALL POSITION CONTROL ECU LH
(a) Install the position control ECU with the 2 bolts.
(b) Connect the 2 connectors.

34. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT LH
(a) Attach the 4 claws and install the 2 headrest supports.

35. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Install the headrest with the 2 pins.

36. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Install the shoulder belt guide with the 3 screws.

37. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion cover to the seat cushion pad with new hog rings.
NOTICE:
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

38. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion spring to the seat pad (with cover) with new hog rings.
NOTE: When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.
