SEAT: REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Ottoman): DISASSEMBLY

DISASSEMBLY
CAUTION: Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the seatback spring, seat adjuster and seat cushion spring may injure your hands.

1. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY LH






(a) Remove the hog rings and seat cushion spring.
2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH






(a) Remove the hog rings and seat cushion cover from the seat cushion pad.
3. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE ASSEMBLY LH






(a) Remove the 3 screws and shoulder belt guide.
4. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY LH






(a) Remove the 2 pins and headrest.
5. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT LH






(a) Detach the 4 claws and remove the 2 headrest supports.






6. REMOVE POSITION CONTROL ECU LH
(a) Disconnect the 2 connectors.
(b) Remove the 2 bolts and position control ECU.






7. REMOVE SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL ECU LH (w/ Climate Control Seat System)
(a) Disconnect the 2 connectors.
(b) Remove the 2 bolts and seat climate control ECU.






8. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST ADJUSTER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Remove the wire harness clamp.
(b) Disconnect the connector.
(c) Remove the 2 bolts and detach the 2 claws.
(d) Remove the headrest adjuster.






9. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT COVER BEZEL (w/ Climate Control Seat System)
(a) Using a clip remover, remove the clip and cover bezel.
10. REMOVE SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD LH





(a) Detach the 3 hooks of the seatback cover from the seatback spring.






(b) Remove the nut and 2 seatback cover brackets.






(c) w/ Climate Control Seat System:
(1) Disconnect the connector.
(2) Detach the clip and disconnect the wire harness.
(d) Detach the hooks and remove the hog rings and seatback cover (with pad) from the seatback spring.





11. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH





(a) Remove the hog rings and seatback cover from the seatback pad.
12. REMOVE SEATBACK CLIMATE BLOWER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Climate Control Seat System)






(a) Disconnect the 2 connectors and remove the 3 nuts.






(b) Detach the 3 hooks and remove the climate controller and blower.
13. REMOVE REAR SEAT WIRE LH
14. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH Removal

15. REMOVE REAR SEAT BELT INNER ANCHOR BRACKET ASSEMBLY LH






(a) Remove the nut and anchor bracket.
16. REMOVE SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL CONTROLLER LH (w/ Climate Control Seat System)





(a) Remove the wire harness clamp.






(b) Disconnect the 2 connectors.
(c) Remove the 2 screws.
(d) Detach the claws and remove the climate controller.






17. REMOVE SEAT CUSHION CLIMATE BLOWER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Climate Control Seat System)
(a) Remove the 3 nuts and climate blower.






18. REMOVE AIR FILTER LH (w/ Climate Control Seat System)
(a) Detach the 2 claws and remove the filter.






19. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Using a clip remover, remove the clip.
(b) Detach the hooks and remove the hog rings. Then remove the seat cushion spring.
20. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH





(a) Remove the hog rings and the 2 fastening tapes.
(b) Unfasten the fastener and detach the 10 claws. Then remove the seat cushion cover.
21. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE ASSEMBLY RH






(a) Remove the 3 screws and shoulder belt guide.
22. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY RH






(a) Remove the 2 pins and headrest.
23. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT RH






(a) Detach the 4 claws and remove the 2 headrest supports.






24. REMOVE POSITION CONTROL ECU RH
(a) Disconnect the 2 connectors.
(b) Remove the 2 bolts and position control ECU.






25. REMOVE SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL ECU RH (w/ Climate Control Seat System)
(a) Disconnect the 2 connectors.
(b) Remove the 2 bolts and climate control ECU.






26. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST ADJUSTER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Remove the wire harness clamp.
(b) Disconnect the connector.
(c) Remove the 2 bolts and detach the 2 claws.
(d) Remove the headrest adjuster.






27. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT COVER BEZEL (w/ Climate Control Seat System)
(a) Using a clip remover, remove the clip and cover bezel.
28. REMOVE SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD RH





(a) Detach the 3 hooks of the seatback cover from the seatback spring.
(b) Detach the hooks and remove the hog rings.









(c) Release the rubber band of the seatback cover from the seatback spring.






(d) Remove the 6 hog rings and detach the hook.
(e) Remove the nut and 2 seatback brackets.






(f) w/ Climate Control Seat System:
(1) Disconnect the connector.
(2) Detach the clip and disconnect the wire harness.






(g) Detach the 8 hooks and remove the seatback cover from the seatback spring.
29. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH





(a) Remove the hog rings and the seatback cover from the seatback pad.
30. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK MAT RH





(a) Remove the 4 hose clamps.
(b) Remove the 6 clamps and seatback mat.
31. REMOVE SEATBACK CLIMATE BLOWER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Climate Control Seat System)






(a) Disconnect the 2 connectors and remove the 3 nuts.






(b) Detach the 3 hooks and remove the climate controller and blower.






32. REMOVE SEAT VIBRATOR ASSEMBLY
(a) Disconnect the connector.
(b) Remove the 4 nuts and vibrator.
33. REMOVE REAR SEAT WIRE RH
34. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH Removal

35. REMOVE REAR SEAT BELT INNER ANCHOR BRACKET ASSEMBLY RH






(a) Remove the nut and anchor bracket.
36. REMOVE SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL CONTROLLER RH (w/ Climate Control Seat System)






(a) Disconnect the 2 connectors and remove the 3 wire harness clamps.






(b) Disconnect the 2 connectors and remove the 2 screws.
(c) Detach the 2 claws and remove the climate control controller.






37. REMOVE SEAT CUSHION CLIMATE BLOWER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Climate Control Seat System)
(a) Remove the 3 nuts and climate control blower.






38. REMOVE AIR FILTER RH (w/ Climate Control Seat System)
(a) Detach the 2 claws and remove the filter.
