SEAT: AIR HOSE (for Ottoman): REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH Removal

2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION: Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.
NOTE: After the engine switch is turned off, the HDD navigation system requires approximately 6 minutes to record various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the engine switch off, wait 6 minutes or more before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

3. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY LH Removal

4. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY RH Removal

5. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH Removal

6. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY Removal

7. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH Removal

8. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH Removal

9. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH
(a) Use the same procedures described for the LH side.
10. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH Removal

11. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH Removal

12. REMOVE ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH LH Removal

13. REMOVE ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH RH Removal

14. REMOVE PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY
(a) w/ Rear Sunshade:
Remove the package tray trim panel Removal.
(b) w/o Rear Sunshade:
Remove the package tray trim panel Removal.
15. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

16. REMOVE ROPE HOOK Removal

17. REMOVE ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY Removal

18. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD RH Removal

19. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD LH Removal

20. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT LIGHT ASSEMBLY Removal

21. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT NO. 2 TRIM HOOK (w/o Rear Cooler) Removal

22. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER COVER (w/ Rear Cooler) Removal

23. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY FRONT Removal

24. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE Removal

25. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSEMBLY LH Removal

26. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSEMBLY RH Removal

27. REMOVE ROOF SIDE NO. 2 AIR DUCT LH (w/ Rear Cooler) Removal

28. REMOVE REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY LH Removal

29. REMOVE AIR HOSE






(a) Disconnect the air hose connector and remove the 2 hose clamps.






(b) Remove the 2 hose clamps and bolt.
(c) Detach the 2 claws and remove the air hose.
