SEAT: REAR POWER SEAT MOTOR ASSEMBLY (for Ottoman): REMOVAL
REMOVAL
CAUTION: Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the seatback spring, seat adjuster and seat cushion spring may injure your hands.
HINT:
- for Power Seat:
Before removing the rear seat, make sure to move the seat to the position that is 37 mm (1.46 in.) from the rear-most position.
- for Ottoman:
Before removing the rear seat, make sure to move the seat to the position that is 17 mm (0.67 in.) from the rear-most position.
1. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER Removal
2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY LH Removal
3. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY RH Removal
4. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION AIRBAG ASSEMBLY RH Removal
5. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH Removal
6. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX Removal
7. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH Removal
8. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the 4 bolts, the nut and the seat adjuster.
NOTE: Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.
(b) w/ Climate Control Seat System:
Disconnect the air duct from the vehicle body.
9. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the 4 bolts, nut and seat adjuster.
NOTE: Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.
(b) w/ Climate Control Seat System:
Disconnect the air duct from the vehicle body.
10. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Disconnect the 2 connectors.
(b) Remove the 4 nuts and seatback adjuster.
NOTE: Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.
11. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE ASSEMBLY LH Disassembly
12. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY LH Disassembly
13. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT LH Disassembly
14. REMOVE POSITION CONTROL ECU LH Disassembly
15. REMOVE SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL ECU LH (w/ Climate Control Seat System) Disassembly
16. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST ADJUSTER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH Disassembly
17. REMOVE SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD LH Disassembly
18. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Climate Control Seat System) Disassembly
