- By operating the rear power seat reset switch, the position of the rear seat that has been adjusted can be returned to the factory setting.
- To improve the ease of entry/exit into the vehicle, the door open linked return operation is available. For this operation, when a rear door is opened, the rear seat adjacent to the opened door is moved to the rear-most position.
At this time, the position control ECU checks the shift lever position, brake operation, engine switch position and vehicle speed. It then makes a judgment of the vehicle's status before activating motors to move the rear seat to rear-most position.
- The door open linked return operation can be enabled or disabled by operating the C switch in the rear seat memory switch.
- The right and left position control ECUs memorize seat positions for their own respective rear seat sides.
