LIGHTING: HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY:

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY






(a) Install the headlight assembly with the headlight bracket pin.
(b) Install the 3 bolts.
(c) Connect the connector.
2. INSTALL FRONT UPPER FENDER PROTECTOR






(a) Install the front upper fender protector with the 2 claws and 3 clips.
3. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER






(a) Install the engine room side cover with the nut.
(b) Install the 4 clips.
4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER
5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY
6. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL
7. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL (for HID Headlight)
8. VEHICLE PREPARATION FOR HEADLIGHT AIM ADJUSTMENT Adjustments

9. PREPARATION FOR HEADLIGHT AIMING (Using a tester) Adjustments

10. PREPARATION FOR HEADLIGHT AIMING (Using a screen) Adjustments

11. HEADLIGHT AIMING INSPECTION Adjustments

12. HEADLIGHT AIMING ADJUSTMENT Adjustments

13. PERFORM INITIALIZATION (for HID Headlight)
Some systems need initialization after reconnecting the cable to the negative battery terminal Repair Instruction - Initialization.
