Installation








LIGHTING: HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR:

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL REAR HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY






(a) When replacing the rear height control sensor sub-assembly:
(1) Align the matchmarks and also the trace of the nut, and install the rear height control sensor sub-assembly and bracket.
(b) When reusing the rear height control sensor sub-assembly:
(1) Align the matchmarks on the rear height control sensor sub-assembly and bracket.
(c) Install the rear height control sensor sub-assembly with the 2 bolts and nut.
Bolt - Torque: 14 Nm (143 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf)
Nut - Torque: 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)






(d) Install the clamp.
(e) Connect the connector.
2. REMOVE FRONT HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (for 4WD)






(a) Install the 2 bolts.
Torque: 14 Nm (143 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf)






(b) Install the front height control sensor sub-assembly with the bolt.
Torque: 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)
(c) Connect the connector.
3. INSTALL FRONT HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (for 2WD)






(a) Install the 2 bolts.
Torque: 14 Nm (143 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf)






(b) Install the front height control sensor sub-assembly with the nut.
Torque: 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)
(c) Connect the connector.
