4GR-FSE EMISSION CONTROL: CANISTER:

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL CHARCOAL CANISTER ASSEMBLY






(a) Install the charcoal canister assembly and 2 spacers and 4 nuts.
Torque: 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)






(b) Connect the 2 quick connectors, hose and connector.






(c) Connect the wire harness with the 2 clamps.






2. INSTALL FLOOR UNDER COVER
(a) Install the floor under cover with the 4 clips and 5 nuts.
3. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
4. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
(a) Perform initialization Repair Instruction - Initialization.
NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after reconnecting the cable to the negative (-) battery terminal.
