This is the display signal circuit of the television camera.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK WIRE HARNESS (MULTI-DISPLAY - TELEVISION CAMERA)





(a) Disconnect the K47 display connector.
(b) Disconnect the Y8 camera connector.
(c) Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.
Standard resistance:






NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- Continue to next step.
2. CHECK MULTI-DISPLAY





(a) Reconnect the K47 display connector.
(b) Measure the voltage of the connector.
Standard voltage:






NG -- REPLACE MULTI-DISPLAY
OK -- Continue to next step.
3. CHECK TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY
(a) Reconnect the Y8 camera connector.





(b) Check the waveform of the camera using an oscilloscope.
OK:
Waveform is as shown in the illustration.






NG -- REPLACE TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY
OK -- PROCEED TO NEXT INSPECTION PROCEDURE SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
