2GR-FE ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM: ACTIVE CONTROL ENGINE MOUNT:

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL ACTIVE CONTROL ENGINE MOUNT






(a) Install the acceleration sensor with the 2 nuts.
Torque: 8.0 Nm (81 kgf-cm, 71 in-lbf)






(b) Install the active control engine mount with the 3 nuts.
Torque: 52 Nm (530 kgf-cm, 38 ft-lbf)
2. INSTALL ENGINE MOUNTING BRACKET FR






(a) Install the engine mounting bracket FR with the 4 bolts.
Automatic Transaxle Side - Torque: 64 Nm (653 kgf-cm, 47 ft-lbf)
Active Engine Mounting Side - Torque: 87 Nm (887 kgf-cm, 64 ft-lbf)






(b) Connect the earth cable with the bolt.
Torque: 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 in-lbf)






(c) Connect the 2 connectors and clamp.

5. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

6. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Installation

7. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Installation

8. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER RH
9. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER LH
10. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTE: When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.
