Headlamp Washer Motor: Service and Repair

Headlight Cleaner Actuator:

HEADLIGHT CLEANER ACTUATOR

REMOVAL

HINT:
- Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
- The procedures listed below are for the LH side.
- A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart.

1. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE
2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER LH
3. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RH
4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER
5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE




a. Remove the clamp.
b. Remove the washer nozzle.

6. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUBASSEMBLY LH




a. Disconnect the cleaner hose.
b. Remove the bolt, 2 clips and actuator.

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUBASSEMBLY LH




a. Install the actuator with the bolt and attach the 2 clips.
b. Connect the cleaner hose.

2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE




a. Install the washer nozzle.
b. Attach the clamp.

3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER
4. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RH
5. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH
6. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE.
