Fuel Pump Ballast Resistor: Testing and Inspection

INSPECTION

1. INSPECT FUEL PUMP RESISTOR




a. Measure the resistance between the terminals.

Standard resistance: 0.53 to 0.57 ohms at 20 °C (68 °F)

If the result is not as specified, replace the fuel pump resistor.
