Condenser HVAC: Testing and Inspection

ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

1. CHECK COOLER CONDENSER ASSEMBLY
a. Check the cooler condenser for dirt. If a fin of the cooler condenser is dirty, clean it with water and dry it with compressor air.

NOTE: Do not damage the fin of the cooler condenser. If a fin of the cooler condenser is bent, straight it using a screwdriver or pliers.

2. CHECK CONDENSER FOR LEAKAGE OF REFRIGERANT
a. Check pipe joints for gas leakage If gas leakage is detected in a joint, check the torque of the joint.
