DISASSEMBLY

1. OPEN ROOF PANEL HALFWAY






a. Open the roof panel halfway.

2. REMOVE DOOR SCUFF PLATE ASSEMBLY RH






a. Using a clip remover, detach the 5 clips.
b. Using a screwdriver, detach the 6 claws and remove the scuff plate.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

3. REMOVE DOOR SCUFF PLATE ASSEMBLY LH

HINT: Use the same procedures described for the RH side.

4. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER RH






a. Using a screwdriver, detach the 3 claws and remove the trim cover.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

5. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER LH

HINT: Use the same procedures described for the RH side.

6. REMOVE FRONT PILLAR GARNISH RH






a. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 clips and remove the garnish.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

7. REMOVE FRONT PILLAR GARNISH LH

HINT: Use the same procedures described for the RH side.

8. REMOVE VISOR BRACKET COVER RH






a. Using a screwdriver, detach the 3 claws and remove the bracket cover.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

9. REMOVE VISOR BRACKET COVER LH

HINT: Use the same procedures described for the RH side.

10. REMOVE VISOR ASSEMBLY RH
a. Remove the 2 screws and visor.

11. REMOVE VISOR ASSEMBLY LH
a. Remove the 2 screws and visor.

12. REMOVE VISOR HOLDER






a. Remove the 2 holders by turning them counterclockwise.

13. REMOVE MAP LIGHT ASSEMBLY






a. Using a screwdriver, pry out the 2 lenses.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

b. Remove the 2 screws and map light.
c. Disconnect the map light connector.

14. REMOVE ROOF FRONT CORNER HEADLINING RH






a. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 clips and remove the headlining.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

15. REMOVE ROOF FRONT CORNER HEADLINING LH

HINT: Use the same procedures described for the RH side.

16. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY






a. Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.






b. Pull the headlining as indicated by the arrow in the illustration to detach the 4 claws. Then remove the headlining.

17. REMOVE ROOF SIDE RAIL GARNISH ASSEMBLY RH






a. Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 clips and 3 claws. Then remove the garnish.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

18. REMOVE ROOF SIDE RAIL GARNISH ASSEMBLY LH

HINT: Use the same procedures described for the RH side.

19. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY CENTER






a. Using a clip remover, remove the 5 clips.
b. Using a screwdriver, detach the 3 clips labeled A and remove the headlining.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

20. REMOVE ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER RH






a. Using a clip remover, remove the clip labeled A.
b. Using a screwdriver, detach the 7 clips and claw. Then remove the garnish.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

21. REMOVE ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER LH

HINT: Use the same procedures described for the RH side.

22. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY REAR






a. Using a screwdriver, detach the 7 clips and remove the headlining.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY REAR






a. Attach the 7 clips to install the headlining.

2. INSTALL ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER LH






a. Attach the 7 clips and claw to install the garnish.
b. Install the clip labeled A.

3. INSTALL ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER RH

HINT: Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

4. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY CENTER






a. Attach the 3 clips labeled A to install the headlining.
b. Install the 5 clips.

5. INSTALL ROOF SIDE RAIL GARNISH ASSEMBLY LH






a. Attach the 4 clips and 3 claws to install the garnish.

6. INSTALL ROOF SIDE RAIL GARNISH ASSEMBLY RH

HINT: Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

7. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY






a. Push the headlining as indicated by the arrow in the illustration to attach the 4 claws. Then install the headlining.






b. Install the 2 clips.

8. INSTALL ROOF FRONT CORNER HEADLINING LH






a. Attach the 2 clips to install the headlining.

9. INSTALL ROOF FRONT CORNER HEADLINING RH

HINT: Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

10. INSTALL MAP LIGHT ASSEMBLY






a. Connect the map light connector.
b. Install the map light with the 2 screws.
c. Install the 2 lenses.

11. INSTALL VISOR HOLDER
a. Install the 2 holders by turning them clockwise.

12. INSTALL VISOR ASSEMBLY LH
a. Install the visor with the 2 screws.

13. INSTALL VISOR ASSEMBLY RH
a. Install the visor with the 2 screws.

14. INSTALL VISOR BRACKET COVER LH
a. Attach the 3 claws to install the bracket cover.

15. INSTALL VISOR BRACKET COVER RH

16. INSTALL FRONT PILLAR GARNISH LH






a. Attach the 2 clips to install the garnish.

17. INSTALL FRONT PILLAR GARNISH RH

18. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER LH






a. Attach the 3 claws to install the trim cover.

19. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER RH

20. INSTALL DOOR SCUFF PLATE ASSEMBLY LH






a. Attach the 6 claws and 5 clips to install the scuff plate.

22. CLOSE ROOF PANEL
a. Close the roof panel.
