HOOD SUPPORT

REMOVAL

HINT: Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.

1. REMOVE HOOD SUPPORT ASSEMBLY LH






a. Remove the bolt and hood support from the hood panel.

HINT: While supporting the hood by hand, remove the hood support.

b. Remove the bolt and hood support from the body.

INSTALLATION

HINT:
- Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
- The procedures listed below are for the LH side.

1. INSTALL HOOD SUPPORT ASSEMBLY LH






a. Install the hood support with the 2 bolts.

Torque: 22 N.m (224 kgf.cm, 16 ft.lbf)
