REAR NO.2 SPEAKER

REMOVAL

HINT:
- Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
- The procedures listed below are for the LH side.

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

CAUTION: Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.

2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY
3. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST PLATE COVER
4. REMOVE WIND DEFLECTOR BOARD ASSEMBLY
5. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST PLATE
6. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
7. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY




8. REMOVE REAR NO.2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY LH
a. Disconnect the connector.
b. Remove the 4 screws and speaker.

INSTALLATION




1. INSTALL REAR NO.2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY LH
a. Install the speaker with the 4 screws.
b. Connect the connector.

2. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY
3. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
4. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST PLATE
5. INSTALL WIND DEFLECTOR BOARD ASSEMBLY
6. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST PLATE COVER
7. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY
8. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

9. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
a. Perform initialization.

NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
