Rear Axle Hub Bolt

REAR AXLE HUB BOLT

COMPONENTS:

REPLACEMENT
1. REMOVE REAR WHEEL
2. REMOVE REAR DISC BRAKE CALIPER ASSEMBLY LH
3. REMOVE REAR DISC





4. REMOVE REAR AXLE LH HUB BOLT
(a) Using SST, remove the rear axle hub bolt.
SST 09650-17011





5. INSTALL REAR AXLE LH HUB BOLT
(a) Install a washer and nut to a new bolt as shown in the illustration.
(b) Using a screwdriver or an equivalent to hold the hub and bearing, install the rear axle hub bolt by tightening the nut.

NOTICE: Do not damage the threads of the hub bolts.

6. INSTALL REAR DISC
7. ADJUST PARKING BRAKE SHOE CLEARANCE
8. INSTALL REAR DISC BRAKE CALIPER ASSEMBLY LH
9. INSTALL REAR WHEEL
Torque: 140 N*m (1428 kgf*cm, 103 ft.*lbf)
