DISASSEMBLY





1. REMOVE STOP LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY
(a) Loosen the lock nut, and then remove the stop light switch.





2. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL PAD
3. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL STROKE SENSOR ASSEMBLY





4. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the nut, hexagon bolt and brake pedal support.





5. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the cushion from the brake pedal.

REASSEMBLY





1. INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the cushion to the brake pedal.





2. INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the brake pedal support to the brake pedal with the hexagon bolt and nut.
Torque: 28 N*m (290 kgf*cm, 21 ft.*lbf)

3. TEMPORARILY INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL STROKE SENSOR ASSEMBLY
(a) Temporarily install the brake pedal stroke sensor with the 2 bolts.

HINT: Tighten the brake pedal stroke sensor with the 2 bolts after adjusting the brake pedal height and brake pedal stroke sensor.





4. INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL PAD
5. TEMPORARILY INSTALL STOP LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY
(a) Temporarily install the stop light switch with the lock nut.

HINT: Tighten the stop light switch with the lock nut after inspecting and adjusting the brake pedal height.
