REMOVAL
1. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH
2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION: Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.
NOTICE: After the engine switch is turned off, the HDD navigation system requires approximately 6 minutes to record various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the engine switch off, wait 6 minutes or more before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH
4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH
5. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
6. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL LOWER
7. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL AIRBAG ASSEMBLY LOWER
8. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER MOULDING
9. REMOVE GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY
10. REMOVE LUGGAGE DOOR OPENING CANCEL SWITCH ASSEMBLY
a. Detach the cancel switch.
INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL LUGGAGE DOOR OPENING CANCEL SWITCH ASSEMBLY
a. Attach the 2 claws and install the opening cancel switch.
2. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY
3. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER MOULDING
4. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL AIRBAG ASSEMBLY LOWER
5. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL LOWER
6. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
7. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH
8. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH
9. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
10. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH
11. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
a. Perform initialization.
NOTICE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
