Seat Vibrator Module Assembly (For Ottoman):

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH
2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE: After the engine switch is turned off, the HDD navigation system requires approximately 6 minutes to record various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the engine switch off, wait 6 minutes or more before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

3. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY
4. REMOVE ROPE HOOK
5. REMOVE ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY
6. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD RH
7. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD LH
8. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT LIGHT ASSEMBLY
9. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT NO. 2 TRIM HOOK (w/o Rear Cooler)
10. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER COVER (w/ Rear Cooler)
11. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY FRONT
12. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE
13. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSEMBLY LH
14. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSEMBLY RH

15. REMOVE SEAT VIBRATOR MODULE ASSEMBLY
a. Disconnect the air hose connector.

b. Disconnect the connector.
c. Remove the 2 bolts and detach the claw and remove the module.

INSTALLATION

HINT: A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart.

1. INSTALL SEAT VIBRATOR MODULE ASSEMBLY

a. Attach the claw and install the module with the 2 bolts.
b. Connect the connector.

c. Connect the air hose connector.

2. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSEMBLY RH
3. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSEMBLY LH
4. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE
5. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY FRONT
6. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER COVER (w/ Rear Cooler)
7. INSTALL NO. 2 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT NO. 2 TRIM HOOK (w/o Rear Cooler)
8. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT LIGHT ASSEMBLY
9. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD LH
10. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD RH
11. INSTALL ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY
12. INSTALL ROPE HOOK
13. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY
14. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
15. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH
16. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
a. Perform initialization.

NOTICE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

17. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT
a. Check the SRS warning light.
