REMOVAL

1. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH
2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

CAUTION: Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.

NOTICE: After the engine switch is turned off, the HDD navigation system requires approximately 6 minutes to record various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the engine switch off, wait 6 minutes or more before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

3. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY LH
4. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY RH
5. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH
6. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY
7. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH
8. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH
9. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH
a. Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

10. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH
11. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH
12. REMOVE ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH LH
13. REMOVE ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH RH
14. REMOVE PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY
15. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY
16. REMOVE ROPE HOOK
17. REMOVE ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY
18. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD RH
19. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD LH
20. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT LIGHT ASSEMBLY
21. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT NO. 2 TRIM HOOK (w/o Rear Cooler)
22. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER COVER (w/ Rear Cooler)
23. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY FRONT
24. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE
25. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSEMBLY LH
26. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSEMBLY RH
27. REMOVE ROOF SIDE NO. 2 AIR DUCT LH (w/ Rear Cooler)
28. REMOVE REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY LH

29. REMOVE AIR HOSE
a. Disconnect the air hose connector and remove the 2 hose clamps.

b. Remove the 2 hose clamps and bolt.
c. Detach the 2 claws and remove the air hose.

INSTALLATION

HINT: A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart.

1. INSTALL AIR HOSE

a. Attach the 2 claws and install the air hose.
b. Install the 2 hose clamps and bolt.

c. Install the 2 hose clamps and connect the air hose connector.

2. INSTALL REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY LH
3. INSTALL ROOF SIDE NO. 2 AIR DUCT LH (w/ Rear Cooler)
4. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSEMBLY RH
5. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSEMBLY LH
6. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE
7. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY FRONT
8. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER COVER (w/ Rear Cooler)
9. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT NO. 2 TRIM HOOK (w/o Rear Cooler)
10. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT LIGHT ASSEMBLY
11. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD LH
12. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD RH
13. INSTALL ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY
14. INSTALL ROPE HOOK
15. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY
16. INSTALL PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY
17. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH RH
18. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH LH
19. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH
20. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH
21. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH
a. Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

22. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH
23. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH
24. INSTALL REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY
25. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH
26. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY RH
27. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY LH
28. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
29. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH
30. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
a. Perform initialization.

NOTICE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

31. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT
a. Check the SRS warning light.
