Driver Side and Front Passenger Side Power Mirrors cannot be Adjusted with Power Mirror Switch

SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
The outer mirror switch sends power mirror control switch RIGHT, LEFT, UP and DOWN signals through the CAN (can communication) line to the front door ECU LH and RH to activate the mirror surfaces accordingly.
