DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE ROOF SILENCER PAD





a. for Standard Type:
Remove the 4 roof silencer pads.





b. for Standard Type, w/ Rear Cooler:
Remove the 4 roof silencer pads.





c. w/ Sliding Roof:
Remove the 4 roof silencer pads.





d. w/ Sliding Roof, w/ Rear Cooler:
Remove the 4 roof silencer pads.

2. REMOVE ROOF NO. 1 WIRE





a. Detach the 2 claws and separate the bulb holder from the vanity light.

HINT: Use the same procedure to remove the light on the other side.

b. Remove the double-sided tape and roof wire.

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL ROOF NO. 1 WIRE
a. for Standard Type:
1. Apply double-sided tape to the areas of the roof headlining as shown in the illustration.
2. Align the roof wire's wire harness marking to the roof headlining front part (A), and apply tape {width: 8 mm (0.32 in.)} to fix the roof wire in place.
3. Remove the peeling paper of the double-sided tape, and place the roof wire on the roof headlining along the wire harness marking areas.





4. Fix the roof wire in place by applying vinyl tape to the roof wire's wire harness marking areas as shown in the illustration. For areas near connectors, apply the vinyl tape as shown in the illustration (A).





b. for Sliding Roof:
1. Apply double-sided tape to the areas of the roof headlining as shown in the illustration.
2. Align the roof wire's wire harness marking to the roof headlining front part (A), and apply tape {width: 8 mm (0.32 in.)} to fix the roof wire in place.
3. Remove the peeling paper of the double-sided tape, and place the roof wire on the roof headlining along the wire harness marking areas.





4. Fix the roof wire in place by applying vinyl tape to the roof wire's wire harness marking areas as shown in the illustration. For areas near connectors, apply the vinyl tape as shown in the illustration (A).





2. INSTALL ROOF SILENCER PAD





a. for Standard Type:
Align the markings on the roof headlining with the roof silencer pads and install the pads using double-sided tape as shown in the illustration.





b. for Standard Type, w/ Rear Cooler:
Align the markings on the roof headlining with the roof silencer pads and install the pads using double-sided tape as shown in the illustration.





c. w/ Sliding Roof:
Align the markings on the roof headlining with the roof silencer pads and install the pads using double-sided tape as shown in the illustration.





d. w/ Sliding Roof, w/ Rear Cooler:
Align the markings on the roof headlining with the roof silencer pads and install the pads using double-sided tape as shown in the illustration.
