DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX





a. Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 clips and remove the rear seat console box rear panel.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.





b. Disconnect the 2 connectors and remove the 2 wire harness clamps.
c. w/ Disc Player:
Disconnect the 2 connectors.





d. Remove the 4 bolts and console box.





e. w/ Disc Player:
Remove the 4 bolts and 2 brackets.

2. REMOVE TELEVISION SWITCH AND VOLUME ASSEMBLY
3. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE ARMREST BASE





a. Remove the cover and 2 seals.
b. Remove the 8 screws and inner tray.





c. Using a screwdriver, detach the 10 claws and remove the console armrest base.

NOTICE: Detach the claws of the console armrest base from the backside.

d. Disconnect the 3 connectors.





e. w/ Cigarette Lighter:
Disconnect the 4 connectors.

4. REMOVE SEAT VIBRATOR SWITCH





a. Remove the clamp and seat vibrator switch.

5. REMOVE POWER OUTLET SOCKET
6. REMOVE POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER
7. REMOVE CIGARETTE LIGHTER COVER (w/ Cigarette Lighter)
8. REMOVE CIGARETTE LIGHTER ASSEMBLY (w/ Cigarette Lighter)
9. REMOVE CIGARETTE LIGHTER BEZEL STAY (w/ Cigarette Lighter)
10. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX WIRE





a. Detach the 3 clamps and remove the rear console wire.

REASSEMBLY

HINT: A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart.

1. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX WIRE





a. Attach the 3 clamps to install the console box wire.

2. INSTALL CIGARETTE LIGHTER BEZEL STAY (w/ Cigarette Lighter)
3. INSTALL CIGARETTE LIGHTER ASSEMBLY (w/ Cigarette Lighter)
4. INSTALL CIGARETTE LIGHTER COVER (w/ Cigarette Lighter)
5. INSTALL POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER
6. INSTALL POWER OUTLET SOCKET
7. INSTALL SEAT VIBRATOR SWITCH





a. Install the seat vibrator switch and clamp.

8. INSTALL REAR SEAT CONSOLE ARMREST BASE
a. Connect the 3 connectors.





b. w/ Cigarette Lighter:
Connect the 4 connectors.





c. Attach the 10 claws to install the console armrest base.





d. Install the inner tray with the 8 screws.
e. Install a new cover and 2 seals.

9. INSTALL TELEVISION SWITCH AND VOLUME ASSEMBLY
10. INSTALL REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX





a. w/ Disc Player:
Install the 2 brackets with the 4 bolts.





b. Install the console box with the 4 bolts.





c. Install the 2 wire harness clamps and connect the 2 connectors.
d. w/ Disc Player:
Connect the 2 connectors.





e. Attach the 4 clips to install the rear seat console box rear panel.
